Manage patient healthcare, providing supportive care and symptom management. Diagnose, treat, and manage hematology and oncology patients in hospital and clinic settings. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies. Conduct medical history evaluations and physical examinations. Communicate diagnoses, treatments, and prognosis to patients and families. Conduct follow-up appointments and adjust treatment plans as needed. Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and collaborate with specialists. Engage in quality improvement and program development initiatives. Mentor residents and fellows, if applicable. Participate in community outreach and patient education. Contribute to clinical research and trials, if applicable. Qualifications:

Medical degree (MD/DO) with specialization in Hematology/Oncology. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology. Valid medical license in Florida or ability to obtain one. Effective team collaboration skills. Expertise in managing hematologic malignancies, solid tumors, and benign hematologic disorders. Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
