We are seeking aBoard-Certified Neurologist with subspecialty expertise in dementia, cognitiveneurology, or behavioral neurology to provide remote diagnostic assessments andcollaborate with interdisciplinary teams in supporting care for older adults withneurocognitive disorders. This part-time, contract role is ideal for aphysician passionate about advancing innovative, high-quality care for agingadults. Location:

Part-time, 5–10 hours/week Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate, Contractor (1099) Key Responsibilities: Conduct remote clinicalassessments and review cognitive testing data, clinical histories, andcaregiver interviews to support accurate diagnosis Provide consultative inputon complex or unclear dementia cases and collaborate on treatment planning Document findings anddiagnoses per current documentation, billing, and coding standards Adhere to evidence-basedclinical guidelines in evaluating and diagnosing cognitive disorders Collaborate with ARNPs, MDs,and care teams to enhance dementia-related care and care planning Participate ininterdisciplinary case reviews as needed to support holistic, person-centeredcare Requirements: MD or DO with BoardCertification in Neurology Subspecialty experience indementia, cognitive neurology, or behavioral neurology strongly preferred Minimum of 5 years ofclinical experience, including dementia diagnosis and management Unrestricted Texas medicallicense Experience with telemedicineplatforms and remote patient assessment Strong written and verbalcommunication skills Comfort working bothindependently and within virtual care teams Prior experience invalue-based care, risk-sharing, or managed care environments preferred This is a unique opportunityto practice at the forefront of virtual care while improving outcomes for olderadults with cognitive disorders.
