position—no overnight shifts Manage a diverse panel of adult inpatients at Salem Hospital Work collaboratively with specialists, nurses, and case managers in a well-supported inpatient care model Teaching opportunities with Tufts Medical School and Salem Hospital’s Internal Medicine Residency Program Leadership that values clinical input and supports innovation and continuous improvement Forward-thinking, community-focused culture with strong system integration
