Physician – Endocrinology

Full-Time | $260,000 – $320,000 annually + bonus potential
Overview Specialized care that sees the whole patient. As an Endocrinologist with us, you’ll diagnose and manage complex endocrine conditions while building relationships that go beyond the exam room. You’ll be supported by a skilled clinical team, efficient systems, and a culture that values both outcomes and the patient experience. You won’t just be a doctor, you’ll be the specialist who helps patients untangle the complexities of hormones, metabolism, and chronic conditions, the steady guide in their path toward balance, and the trusted partner they rely on for answers.
What You’ll Actually Do
Conduct comprehensive health histories, physical exams, and appropriate in-office or hospital procedures for patients with endocrine conditions
Formulate diagnoses, develop treatment plans, and communicate them clearly to patients
Prescribe and manage medications, including controlled substances, in compliance with all regulations
Order, review, and follow up on labs, imaging, and other diagnostics in a timely manner
Coordinate care with specialists, case management, and allied health professionals; supervise PAs and NPs as needed
Document patient encounters in the EMR, participate in quality improvement, peer review, and respond promptly to patient inquiries
Who You Are (a.k.a. Our Dream Match)
MD or DO from an accredited medical school; Board-certified or board-eligible in Endocrinology
Active CA medical license and DEA registration and current BLS certification and any specialty-required credentials
Experience in primary care, with a strong understanding of HMO care delivery and coordinated care
Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
