As a Rheumatologist at Trinity Health, you will diagnose and treat a wide range of rheumatic diseases, including arthritis, lupus, and other autoimmune disorders. You will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, utilizing the latest advances in medical treatments and technologies. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including medical history reviews and physical examinations. Order and interpret diagnostic tests to aid in the diagnosis of rheumatic conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and physical therapy referrals. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care for patients with complex rheumatological conditions. Educate patients and their families about disease management, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications. Stay informed about advancements in rheumatology and contribute to research initiatives when applicable. Qualifications:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school. Board Certification or Board Certified Eligible in Rheumatology is required. Completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine, followed by a fellowship in Rheumatology. Valid state medical license to practice in North Dakota. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of rheumatological disorders. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Special Qualifications:
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth services is a plus. Commitment to ongoing education and staying current in the field of rheumatology. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. What We Offer:
