The Division of Hematology/Oncology at Loyola University Chicago, Stritch School of Medicine and the Cardinal Bernardin Cancer Center invites applications for the position of Genitourinary Medical Oncologist. The successful candidate will be board certified in medical oncology or hematology/oncology and has demonstrated interest and academic productivity in a field of urologic oncology. Loyola Medicine is a nationally ranked academic, quaternary care system based in Chicago's western suburbs with multiple hospitals and affiliations. Loyola is a 547-licensed-bed hospital in Maywood that includes the Loyola Cancer Center and related facilities. Loyola trains the next generation of caregivers through its academic affiliation with Loyola University Chicago's Stritch School of Medicine and Marcella Niehoff School of Nursing. Open to candidates at Loyola-affiliated locations, including Gottlieb Memorial Hospital and MacNeal Hospital, with clinical opportunities across the system. Responsibilities
Provide medical oncology/hematology-oncology care with a focus on genitourinary malignancies. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within the Cardinal Bernardin Cancer Center and the Loyola Cancer Care & Research Facility. Engage in academic activities and contribute to scholarly output in urologic oncology. Qualifications
Board certified in medical oncology or hematology/oncology. Demonstrated interest and academic productivity in a field of urologic oncology. Minimum education: BE/BC (board eligible/certified). Open Date and Close Date
