This clinic is a strong, cohesive team seeking a passionate Family Medicine physician. The department is developing a high-quality, efficient service model integrating MDs, APPs, RNs, CAs, and other support staff, fostering a patient-centered and resilient staff culture. The team comprises 5.15 FTE Physicians, 6.20 FTE APCs, RN, CA, IBH, Pharm D, PSA, and 20.47 FTE additional staff. Hours are Monday to Friday, 7 am to 5 pm, with approximately 36 patient contact hours per week. Estimated patient volume is 20 per day. Work is documented in EPIC medical record system. Call responsibilities are after hours via phone only, with a ratio of 1:6 (nights and weekends). Requirements
Board Certified or Eligible in Family Practice OB coverage requires participation in a community-wide FP OB Call group Location
Located in the Duluth, MN area, approximately 150 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul. Service area includes Duluth and surrounding regions. Duluth/Hermantown population is approximately 95,000.
