We are the fastest growing mental health practice group in the country and are seeking a Clinical Director to join our team. Compensation: $90,000 - 130,000 per year, plus annual bonus potential. Duties/Responsibilities

Clinician Education & Engagement

Partner with Practice Group Manager and other team leaders to support new clinicians through clinical onboarding training, promote caseload ramp, and engage in new employee orientation. Provide and advocate for training, education and supervision of clinical staff to uphold clinical best practices, updated policies and regulations, and coding quality assurance. Facilitate training, coaching and education to strengthen best practices and foster professional growth. Enable regular peer consultation forums for clinicians to review patient cases and solicit input and support from colleagues. Meet regularly with high performers to solicit feedback, mentor, and encourage continued professional development (e.g., career progression pathways, informational interviews). Lead efforts to foster a positive culture in partnership with the state leadership team. Clinical Strategy & Operations

Provide clinical support and oversight of psychotherapy clinicians. Report key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly to regional leadership in line with company strategies and processes. Evaluate quality metrics to address center-level trends and create clinician-focused strategic solutions to enhance service delivery. Clinician Interviewing & Hiring

Partner with clinical recruiting and operations to support clinician recruitment and hiring strategy. Facilitate clinician interviews and use associated clinical competence assessment to guide hiring decisions. Clinical Integrity & Risk Management

Support, investigate and respond to clinical integrity concerns to mitigate risks related to care delivery (e.g., incidents, complaints, quality of care concerns). Engage operations leadership when managing complaints related to standard of care or other clinically related concerns. Consult and support clinical integrity and regulatory compliance through escalation and reporting of actionable items. Ensure adherence to HIPAA, confidentiality and clinical safety standards in state and federal regulations. Evaluate national policy initiatives against state/local regulations, practice standards, and ethics. Monitor changes to state regulations to ensure clinical compliance. Partner with legal/compliance to guide clinicians on subpoenas, court orders, and other clinically related legal matters. Conduct clinical record reviews to meet regulatory standards of care and best practices. Supervisory Responsibilities

Provide clinical support and oversight of psychotherapy clinicians. Recruit, interview, hire and train new staff. Education and Experience

MA degree in clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, clinical counseling or related field or PhD/PsyD in clinical psychology. 5+ years clinical experience. Experience in clinical leadership. Active license. Required Skills/Abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong engagement with teams and staff. Commitment to continuous learning and improvement based on clinical best practices and standards of care. Experience managing a diverse team with a track record for hiring, coaching and retaining strong talent. Proven ability to improve business processes, quality and decision-making for meaningful improvements. Experience developing the clinical practice of other clinicians. Ability to translate complexity to a clinical audience. Ability to identify and mitigate clinical compliance risk. Physical Requirements

Reasonable accommodations available; the role may require sitting, standing, bending, speaking and hearing, walking, and the ability to lift/move objects up to 25 pounds. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception and focus adjustment. In-Office and Travel Requirements

Reside and practice in the state where the Director serves. A minimum of 60% of time will be spent onsite supporting clinicians and collaborating with operations. Occasional travel to attend division and national leadership meetings is required quarterly.
