Our 3-DVM team delivers same-day sick pet care supported by advanced diagnostics, including in-house CT scanning and ultrasound. Surgical procedures are led by our veterinarians and a dedicated LVT surgical technician, while outpatient care is supported by a robust and skilled team of assistants and technicians.

The Opportunity As Medical Director, you will play a dual role:
Providing high-quality clinical care to patients
Leading the hospital’s veterinary team through mentorship, medical oversight, and collaboration.
You’ll help shape the medical standards of the practice while fostering a culture of positivity, continuous improvement and growth.
You’ll play an active role in shaping the strategic direction of the hospital.
This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience who is looking to grow professionally and make a lasting impact.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily medical operations and ensure high standards of care
Provide mentorship and clinical guidance to associate DVMs and staff
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Participate in recruitment, training, and retention of veterinary team members
Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to hospital protocols
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Michigan – Active & Clear License
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
Prior leadership experience preferred but not required
