Our multi-specialty outpatient practice serves a diverse patient population across different ages, socioeconomic backgrounds, and cultures. Practice Details:
15-provider primary care practice with multiple specialists onsite Average of 14-18 patient encounters per day Call frequency: approximately 1:9, phone consultation only with nurse triage Openings: 0.80 FTE (Full Time), flexible schedule Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program Board Certified/Eligible (BC/BE) with ABMS or AOA Licensed or able to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Ability to obtain and maintain DEA certification for Minnesota Meet credentialing and privileges requirements if applicable Additional Details:
