Expected Salary

Commensurate with education and experience.

Minimum Requirements

Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes plus four years of appropriate experience. Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification/Licensure in the state of Florida and Federal DEA Certification. Medical Degree – M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent. Board certified in the appropriate subspecialty. Completion of an accredited residency program.
