$278,000.00/yr - $375,000.00/yr What we offer
Fee For Service Productivity Model - W2 Generous sign-on bonus Flexible work schedules. Full-time and part-time available. 100% outpatient work. Fully licensed in Illinois or within the Illinois licensing process, BC or BE within 3 years of completing residency, and unencumbered DEA Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy for child and adolescent populations About LifeStance Health
