NORTON CHILDREN’S UROLOGY, affiliated with the UofL School of Medicine and part of Norton Children’s Medical Group, is seeking a pediatric urologist to join our growing practice in Louisville, Kentucky. The practice includes three physicians and eight nurse practitioners, with over 13,000 annual visits. We provide personalized care through dedicated provider teams to ensure each patient receives committed, comfortable care. Our specialists see children from newborn to 18 years old, offering comprehensive diagnostics and treatments for various urological conditions. We utilize advanced technology such as video urodynamics, sedation capabilities, and pediatric robotic surgery with da Vinci Xi robotics, unique in Louisville. The practice also incorporates telemedicine and electronic medical records for remote access. Surgical services are provided at three locations: Norton Children’s Hospital, Norton Women’s & Children’s Hospital, and Norton Children’s Medical Center. Norton Children’s Hospital is recognized as a leading pediatric hospital in Kentucky and the Midwest, serving over 200,000 patients annually and verified as a Level I Children’s Surgery Center by the American College of Surgeons. Our pediatric urology program is ranked #1 in Kentucky and 26th nationally by U.S. News & World Report. Position Details

Multiple-member clinical practice with active academic duties with the UofL School of Medicine Administrative and system support from advanced practice providers, licensed practical nurses, a nurse navigator, and a scheduling team Opportunities for community outreach and leadership in multidisciplinary clinics (urinary and kidney stones, sexual differentiation, oncology, oncofertility, pelvic health) Collaboration with pediatric subspecialists Competitive compensation including bonus, signing bonus, relocation, CME funds, licensure reimbursement, and four weeks of paid vacation in the first year Work schedule: five days a week with split on-call coverage Qualifications: Board certified or eligible, fellowship trained in pediatric urology Why Choose Norton Healthcare
