PracticeLink . Providence Medical Group is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician to join the growing team at the St. Peter Family Medicine Residency Program in Olympia, Washington. We are committed to cultivating competent, caring family physicians through innovative, full-scope, community-oriented education. Position Details
Schedule: 4 days, 10-hour shifts Scope: Full scope inpatient and outpatient care, including OB Call: Shared call, 4-6 calls/month, initial response by residents Compensation: $222,757 - $308,426 annually Benefits

Practice alongside: 8 Family Medicine Faculty Physicians and ARNP Pharm D and pharmacy residency Behaviorists, physical therapists, part-time OB/GYN faculty from July 2025 Our residency program is a pioneer in PCMH, with rich OB practice, innovative curricula including: Integrated MAT training OMT clinic, adolescent OB, street medicine, POCUS, Lifestyle Medicine, gender-affirming care, outpatient procedures Position Overview
As a Faculty Family Medicine physician, you will mentor residents and medical students, engage in diverse clinical experiences, contribute to curriculum development, and participate in community outreach. Key Responsibilities
Mentor and educate residents Provide high-quality patient care Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Engage in professional development and family medicine advancement Qualifications
Board-certified Family Medicine physician Strong commitment to GME and patient care Excellent communication skills Team-oriented Experience in Addiction Medicine, Lifestyle Medicine, POCUS, Community Medicine is a plus Work Environment
