Part-Time Plastic Surgeon Position in Des Moines, IA with National Wound Physician Group. Clinical satisfaction, autonomy and flexibility, work-life balance. Utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities. Responsibilities

Provide bedside wound care in facilities across the post-acute care network. Engage in wound management training and fellowship opportunities to develop clinical excellence. Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals. Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility. Operate in a mobile practice visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location. Visit 2–3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20–30 patients per day. Document clinical care at the point of care during rounds using our wound-specific EMR. Onboarding includes paid training plus a 6-month wound care fellowship. W2 employment contract (no work visa sponsorship available). Qualifications

Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice. Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week for part-time roles; full-time work is 4–5 days per week. Employment Type & Schedule

Part-time: minimum 3 days per week; Full-time: 4–5 days per week. No call / No weekend clinical responsibilities. Full-time schedule options: Monday – Friday (7am–4pm) or equivalent arrangements. Mobile practice with travel between facilities; no overnight emergencies. Compensation & Benefits

W2 full-time physicians earn on average $300,000 per year plus benefits. Full health and retirement benefits provided. Medical Malpractice with tail provided. Mileage reimbursement. Paid Training provided during onboarding plus a 6-month wound care fellowship.
