Overview
Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting Diagnostic Radiologists to provide onsite services to eligible beneficiaries of the Lexington VA Healthcare System located at 1101 Veterans Dr. Lexington, KY 40502. Shift scheduling is generally Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm. Full-time and Locum Tenens positions with generous compensation packages are available. Provide direct patient care in interventional radiology procedures including, but not limited: General Radiology, Fluoroscopy, Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Ultrasound, Interventional Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT. Provide consultation with and instruction to referring physicians regarding appropriate indications for radiologic procedures. Determine appropriate course of treatment and communicate in person or by phone with the referring clinicians. Ensure pre and post technical oversight and feedback for the technologists and nurses involved in performing procedures. Administer/supervise all drugs as needed for the performance and interpretation of imaging examinations. Provide discharge education and follow-up instructions that are coordinated with the next care setting for all emergency department patients. Qualifications
Board Certified in Radiology. Active, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia. NPI report printout. Active DEA license. Must be able to pass a federal background investigation. All candidates must be able to:
Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift. Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist. Lift up to 20 lbs. Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance. Push/pull with 30 lbs of force. Equal Opportunity Employer
