Talkiatry was built for Psychiatrists, by Psychiatrists and offers the stability and support of a hospital group with the autonomy of a private practice. We are seeking 100% Remote BC/BE Psychiatrists to join our national team as we continue to expand across the US. Base pay range : $300,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Provide psychiatric care remotely to assigned patient population. Balance patient acuity and diagnoses by adjusting intake and follow-up schedules as needed. Utilize Talkiatry’s EMR and technology suite for patient communication, telemedicine, labs, and outcome tracking. Participate in a robust in-house referral network and coordinate with specialists and therapists when appropriate. Enjoy flexible scheduling and reduced administrative burden, with Talkiatry handling scheduling and billing support. Maintain clinical autonomy over hours and patient selection within practice guidelines. Adhere to quality, cost-effective care standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Benefits
