Position Highlights:
Collegial team of 30 primary care physicians eager to welcome you and provide mentorship.
Incredible support with an established APP team and 1-2 dedicated MAs for rooming, scribing, and after-hours calls.
4-day work week with flexible scheduling options to build your dream schedule.
2026 and 2027 Family Medicine physicians encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary starting at $292,900+ with additional earning potential from wRVUs + approximately $14,500 in annual quality bonuses, totaling $307,000+ in Year 1.
$210,000 recruitment package including sign-on, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment.
Comprehensive benefits including an annual CME allowance, student loan forgiveness, retirement plans with matching, and more.
