Overview As a

Healthcare Market Leader/Project Manager

in our

San Francisco

office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain client relationships that generate business opportunities aligned with AEI’s strategic initiatives.

Collaborate with office leadership for strategic planning, staffing and market development.

Generate and build long-term relationships with clients, builders and architects and produce qualified project leads.

Negotiate and develop consultant/teaming strategies and prepare marketing documents; participate in interview preparation as needed.

Qualifications

BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.

10+ years in a consulting environment designing building systems or leading design projects across MEP disciplines.

Recent experience (within last 5 years) in the healthcare, S&T or E&U market performing project management.

Proven ability to negotiate and secure new assignments on major healthcare, S&T or E&U projects.

Proven ability to lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team through planning, design and construction for projects ranging from

$100 million.

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to client/prospective client sites and other locations (depends on assignment).

Professional Engineering (PE) registration.

Skills & Capabilities

Outstanding written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.

Strong spoken and written communications skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Starting Salary Estimated Starting Salary Range: $130,000 to $200,000
