Managing Veterinarian/Medical Director
to join our growing team at University Animal Hospital. Located near Winter Park, we have been established in the Orlando area for almost 30 years. We are an
AAHA accredited small animal hospital
focused on excellent patient care, building relationships with clients, and providing a respectful and fun work environment for our staff.
Our collaborative culture benefits clinicians who enjoy learning, incorporating progressive medicine, and highlighting each DVM’s strengths. Our knowledgeable and passionate staff work a work week of 3-4 weekdays and a Saturday half-day every other week, promoting work-life balance.

Job Summary:
The
Medical Director / Managing Veterinarian
provides medical leadership, manages associate veterinarians, and ensures regulatory compliance. They foster a teamwork environment that delivers quality medicine and exceptional client service. They partner with the Hospital Manager to drive financial performance and hospital operations, supported by Florida-based Divisional Leadership for practice management training and resources.
