High Point has programs located throughout Southeastern Massachusetts offering a full continuum of care for substance use and mental health treatment, including inpatient, outpatient, residential, and community-based services. Responsible for supervision of Clinicians as assigned by Program Director
Provide direct services to clients, which will include but not limited to evaluations of clients; Individual, group and/or family counseling, crisis management, and aftercare planning. Productivity expectations will be determined based on the number of direct supervisees.
Facilitate all meetings, case conferences and trainings as assigned
Monitor staff attendance at all required meetings and trainings as required
Facilitate/participate Multidisciplinary Treatment Team and Utilization Review
Assist in development and updating of clinical and psycho- educational programs
Preparation of statistics, reports correspondence and participation in RFP grant writing process, Joint Commission preparation, Tally Card and other writing duties as needed
Ensure compliance with Federal Regulations, 42 CFR Part 2; and Confidentially of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patients and HIPPA regulations and best practice processes and protocol in the provision of highest quality client care
Develop community contacts and collaboration with other organizations as needed
After-hours/on-call program support for patient clinical emergencies, dose verification, and other patient urgent needs on a rotating basis with Program Director
Other duties as assigned by the Program Director/Site Director
