As an Ophthalmologist at Trinity Health, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality eye care services, including comprehensive eye examinations, surgical interventions, and the diagnosis and management of eye diseases. You will work closely with patients to understand their vision needs and develop individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough eye examinations and assess patients' visual acuity and overall eye health. Diagnose and manage ocular diseases, including glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, cataracts, and macular degeneration. Perform surgical procedures as needed to treat various eye conditions. Provide patient education on proper eye care and post-operative care. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care. Stay current with advancements in ophthalmology through continuous education and professional development opportunities. Qualifications: Medical degree with specialization in Ophthalmology from an accredited institution. Valid medical license to practice ophthalmology in North Dakota. Strong clinical and surgical skills with a focus on patient-centered care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to providing quality care and improving patient outcomes.
