St. Peter's Health Partners Medical Associates is seeking Fellowship-trained, Board-Certified, or Board-Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologists for full-time positions with Albany Associates in Cardiology. Our team of over 25 physicians and advanced practitioners serves patients across two hospitals: St. Peter's Hospital in Albany and Samaritan Hospital in Troy. The practice provides a comprehensive range of services, including General Cardiology, Echocardiography, Vascular Ultrasound, Vascular Clinics, Nuclear Cardiology, Electrophysiology, and Interventional Cardiology, featuring a robust Structural Heart program. Notably, the group played a pivotal role in developing St. Peter's Hospital's Interventional Cardiology program, recognized as a Top 100 Heart Hospital for 10 consecutive years. Additionally, the practice oversees the Cardiac Rehabilitation and Wellness Program at St. Peter's Hospital and collaborates with a team of five Cardiac Surgeons as part of the hospital's heart institute. Qualified candidates must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine and either Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology. The ideal candidates will have a strong interest in Non-Invasive Cardiology, with experience in managing both inpatient and outpatient cases. Exceptional clinical and communication skills, along with a commitment to team-based, patient-centered care, are essential. The practice has multiple outpatient Cardiology clinics across the capital district, including a same-day heart walk-in clinic. Robust Referral Network from both employed and non-employed primary care practices. Large geographic catchment area that includes Southern Vermont, Western Massachusetts, and downstate NY. RECRUITMENT PACKAGE We offer a competitive base salary with earning potential through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality bonuses. Base Salary: $550,000 per year. The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include bonuses, incentives, or other cash compensation. Providers typically receive CME allowances and additional benefits. Starting Bonus: $75,000 Retention Bonus: $25,000 Relocation Assistance (if residing outside the capital region): $25,000 Benefits include health, vision, dental insurances starting on day one.
