Coverage Type: Call Only. Call Type: Beeper. Practice Settings: Inpatient. Required Specialty Skills: Low risk pregnancy, High risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE, OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation, Level I/Screening (viability), Level II/Targeted (anatomic), Routine delivery (Vaginal, Low forceps, Decision-making for c-section), Complicated delivery (C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions, VBACs), Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations, Surgical gynecology, Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation, Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's. Average deliveries per year: 320. Provider must be licensed in TN and needs to have TN Medicaid or be willing to obtain TN Medicaid. There are 2 midwives on staff so callbacks will be limited. Fellowship: Preferred. Certifications Required: EFM. Level 4 Trauma. Licensed in TN only. EMR: MEDHOST. Credentialing: 1 week. Referral bonus: $500 for any referral who works 30 days. Compensation: Competitive weeknight call premium if called in; Weekend call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In. Pay and benefits: Competitive hourly pay + housing + car rental & gas + mileage (driving own car only) + parking + tolls + baggage fees + malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
