Empire Aesthetic Center is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Dermatologist with knowledge in general and cosmetic dermatology to join our thriving practice in Bakersfield, Ca.
Empire Aesthetic Center is a full service medical, surgical, and aesthetic practice with a strong focus on delivering superior clinical and cosmetic services. Our team of providers specializes in providing the highest quality care to our patients. Our offices have excellent support staff that will allow you to fully focus on your patients during each encounter.
Opportunity Highlights
Flexible schedule Full-time (4-5 days/wk) Part-time (3 days/wk) Provide a mix of medical, surgical & cosmetic dermatology Group is willing to train on cosmetics if needed Join a small team of five talented providers Strong collaborative, patient-centered group focus Highly competitive compensation plan commensurate with experience Brand new fully equipped office EMA software in use
The position offers an income guarantee, production and retention incentive as well as an extensive benefits package, including:
401k with a match of up to 4% Health, Dental, Vision Insurance FSA, DCFSA, supplemental Insurance Paid malpractice insurance Paid Time Off/Sick time Annual CME allowance Relocation assistance
Total Compensation
Full-time $450,000-$600,000
Part-time $200,000-$350,000
Requirements
BC/BE Dermatology Open to new graduates out of residency/fellowship Medical Degree with a completed residency in Dermatology Current California Medical License or ability to obtain a California Medical license prior to employment start date Must have a National Provider Identifier (NPI) or ability to obtain an NPI prior to employment start date
Physical Demands
Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, speak, and hear Sufficient visual acuity and hand dexterity to perform Essential Functions/Responsibilities Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
Travel
Must be able to travel to attend conferences, training, and other events as required
Reports to
Practice Administrator, CEO and Medical Director
