Faculty Physician Interventional Gastroenterologist Banner University Medical Group Tucson The Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of Arizona and Banner University Medical Group Tucson is seeking a BC/BE Gastroenterologist with additional training in Interventional Gastroenterology. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced or new grad GI to join an established Clinical Faculty team at the University of Arizona and Banner University Medical Center Tucson Campus in Tucson, AZ. Our division features a robust fellowship program that is ACGME accredited. Candidates should have a strong commitment to patient care, strong teaching and clinical skills and desire translational research. Qualified candidates will receive a faculty appointment to the University of Arizona consistent with their credentials.

Details include:

BC/BE required

Interventional GI training required

New grad fellows and experienced attendings will be considered

Inpatient consult and call equal rotation

Outpatient endoscopy (existing 3rd space infrastructure available)

Outpatient clinic (optional)

Collaboration with outpatient nurse practitioner

Teaching and mentorship of trainees students, residents & fellows

Opportunity for educational, leadership and research related effort
