Gastroenterologist - No advanced procedures - Thursday - Thursday Employer: Jobot Consulting. Hosted by Ryan Matias Salary: $400 per hour Start Date: Sept 4, 2025 ERCP & EUS are not required for this position Patients per day: 25 Must be IN licensed/IMLC Certs required: ACLS, BLS Cerner EMR Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days Job Type: Contract Seniority level: Not Applicable Location: Muncie, IN Work pattern: Call shifts Thursday 5p – Thursday 5p; 24-hour call coverage Start date: Sept 4, 2025 Additional notes: Needing 20 weeks of GI inpatient service coverage on 7-day assignments (Thu 5p to Thu 5p). Includes 24-hour on-call, inpatient procedures, inpatient consult/rounding. Practice has 3 permanent full-time GI physicians. Looking to maintain a 1 week in 5 call rotation; locums to cover 2 out of 5 weeks per year while recruiting permanent replacements. Responsibilities
Provide GI inpatient service coverage as part of a 7-day assignment rotation. Participate in inpatient procedures and consults/rounding as needed. Qualifications
In-state medical license (Indiana) required at minimum; IN licensed/IMLC Board eligibility or certification in Gastroenterology as applicable ACLS and BLS certifications Experience with Cerner EMR preferred Benefits and Additional Notes
