Primary Care Physician
to join its hospital-based outpatient practice in Palm Beach, FL. This is an outpatient primary care role with no inpatient coverage.
Responsibilities
Outpatient primary care only – no inpatient coverage
Provide direct patient care with a patient-centered approach to a diverse patient population
Develop and manage comprehensive care plans for new and existing patients
Document medical records accurately and coordinate referrals as needed
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
