The Ophthalmologist will provide outpatient consultation. Responsibilities include: Consult with patients, conduct tests and procedures, make diagnoses, prescribe medication and provide treatment. Collaborate with primary care providers and other professionals to discuss care plans and progress in a collaborative team approach model. Provide ophthalmology care in a wait-time efficient and patient-centered manner. Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Medical School Completion of approved residency in Ophthalmology BE/BC Valid NYS and DEA License At least 1-year experience Ability to successfully interact and communicate with a diversified population Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Benefits
