Patient Care

Diagnose and treat medical conditions Develop and implement treatment plans Conduct medical examinations and histories Communication

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams Provide clear medical information Foster a collaborative, patient-centered approach Documentation

Maintain accurate patient records Document findings, diagnoses, and plans Ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations Diagnostic Procedures

Order and interpret tests such as lab work and imaging Perform procedures as needed Collaborate with specialists for further evaluation Team Collaboration

Work with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare providers Participate in team meetings and case discussions Provide consultative services Quality Improvement

Engage in quality assurance initiatives Review clinical outcomes for improvement Implement patient safety measures Compliance

Adhere to ethical and legal standards Stay informed on healthcare regulations Participate in audits Continuous Learning

Keep up with medical advancements Participate in ongoing education Contribute to clinical protocols Qualifications

Valid, unrestricted California medical license Board eligible or certified in relevant specialty (ABMS or AOA) Completion of an accredited postgraduate training program Pay Range

$288.46 - $322.11 per hour
