Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is hiring physician (MD/DO) contractors to conduct In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities include:
Conducting in-home visits focusing on overall health and well-being, and identifying potential barriers to care. Earn up to $3,000 to $5,000 weekly, with an average of 6-9 visits daily at a base rate of $100 per completed assessment. Potential to increase your per-visit rate up to 160% with our Market Multiplier (applicable in certain counties). Availability for shifts Monday through Sunday, with no nights or weekends required. Pre-scheduled in-home visits with health plan members. Airfare, hotel, and rental car options available depending on eligibility. Malpractice coverage and availability incentives based on weekly availability. Independent contractor, 1099 status, with a flexible schedule. State license required; paid collaborative physician roles available in certain states. Visits include medication and medical history review, physical evaluation, without prescribing medication, ordering tests, or changing treatment plans.
