Optum WA (formerly The Everett Clinic) is seeking a Medical Oncology & Hematology Physician to join our team in Everett, WA. Top-ranked, comprehensive cancer program accredited by the Commission on Cancer (COC) and certified by ASCO QOPI. Integrated services including surgical oncology, radiation oncology, integrative medicine, naturopathic oncology, psychology, social work, and nutrition, all under one roof. Active research program with opportunities to serve as Principal Investigator or sub-PI in clinical trials. Dedicated tumor boards for various cancer types such as GI, GU, liver, breast, lung, neuro-oncology, and hematologic malignancies. Advanced technology including onsite PET scans with PSMA PET, FES PET, and conventional PET/CT. Excellent inpatient oncology facilities capable of inpatient induction chemotherapy for AML, ALL, and aggressive lymphomas. Collaborations with university and academic centers, including faculty roles with Washington State University Medical College, and precepting residents and medical students. Supportive team including RN care coordinators, schedulers, and a robust financial authorization department. Full infusion services offering chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and oral chemotherapy. Survivorship and palliative care programs. Compensation and Benefits
$40,000 starting bonus. Competitive base salary with incentives; productivity-based salary after the first year. 4+ weeks of vacation, 1 week CME with stipend, malpractice and insurance coverage, and comprehensive benefits. Encouragement of work-life balance. Qualifications
Required: Unrestricted Washington Physician (MD/DO) license or ability to obtain prior to employment. Completion of Residency/Fellowship at an accredited program or ability to obtain prior to employment. Board Certification or Eligibility in medical oncology or hematology and oncology. New graduates and early-career physicians are encouraged to apply. Additional Information
Salary range for Washington residents: $344,700 - $559,400 annually, based on experience and metrics.
