Job Description We are looking for an experienced, board-certified Primary Care (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) Physician for our Mountain View, CA location. We offer the opportunity to work on a fast-paced team that is revolutionizing primary care with a focus on growth. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and assess patient health status Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions Perform medical procedures such as suturing, pap smears, joint injections, skin biopsies, cryotherapy, abscess drainage, and ultrasound guided injections Expand your procedure skills in cutting edge technologies Partner with exciting longevity and precision medicine vendors Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options Engage in continuous learning opportunities Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes Adhere to all regulatory requirements and clinic policies and procedures Qualifications Strong background in acute and chronic care practice within a primary care setting is essential for this role Current MD license in CA Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active DEA registration Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Experience in using modern computer-based EMR/EHR systems Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care Annual bonus Sign-on bonus Generous vacation and sick pay Administrative time Paid holidays Medical, dental, vision, long term disability, and life insurance Malpractice insurance with tail coverage 401(k) plan with company match Health and dependent care FSA Company covered credentialing and licensing costs Seniority level
