$107.93 - $126.97/hour Responsibilities

Provide outpatient psychiatric services via in-person, telehealth, or community settings, including medication management and specialty medications like Esketamine Consult with staff, participate in meetings and committees Manage psychiatric emergencies and involuntary care procedures Complete medical records and reports Provide backup coverage and supervise treatment plans and staff Participate in quality assurance and program development Engage in administrative duties and training Develop or participate in grant-funded programs Maintain a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach Qualifications

MD or DO, board eligible preferred 3 years psychiatric residency for adults, 5 years for child/adolescent Skills & Competencies

Trauma-informed practice, medical expertise, psychotropic medication proficiency Strong interpersonal, communication, and cultural competence skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and build team trust Proficient in electronic health records and insurance procedures Supervisory Role

Potential to supervise psychiatric residents and clinical staff, ensuring quality care and treatment plan adherence. Working Conditions
