Outpatient Psychiatrist
in the greater Decatur market who can partner with us to achieve that mission. You will be joining us at a critical time in our journey, as we have ambitious growth plans and significant opportunities. You must be fully licensed in the state in which you are applying to start your role here.

The majority of our offices operate 3 days onsite and 2 days telehealth, with a four-day work week possible. Our model is evidence-based, with outcomes showing clinically significant improvement for just over 75% of patients within three months of treatment. We average a Google Review score of 4.6–4.8. We are an integrated care team with prescribers, therapists, practice assistants, and a full support team. We offer options such as TMS and Spravato, and welcome clinicians with interest in learning more about these treatments. Geode Health is backed by KKR and is committed to supporting providers with strong clinical leadership and resources to deliver high-quality care.
Responsibilities
Provide outpatient psychiatric care to a diverse patient population in the greater Decatur area. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to coordinate treatment plans. Engage in supervision of Advance Practice Providers (PMHNPs/PAs) as needed. Utilize the clinic’s evidence-based measurement framework to monitor patient outcomes. Participate in optional advanced treatment modalities such as TMS or Spravato if interested.
Qualifications
Active license in the state of Georgia Active DEA license and active Controlled Substances license in Georgia Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry Open to seeing a variety of patient types and broad age range Willingness to supervise Advance Practice Providers We hire residents nearing program completion, fellows, and experienced psychiatrists

About the Role & Schedule
