Nocturnist Hospital Medicine PRN Advanced Practice Provider opportunity with MedStar Health in Baltimore, MD.
This 100% inpatient position offers you the opportunity to work with a highly collaborative team doing admissions and cross coverage for medical patients with access to the resources provided by a large healthcare system. In this inpatient setting, you will work a night shift schedule while enhancing our current Hospital Medicine Model. Our clinicians are expected to focus on evidenced-based medicine to improve patient quality, safety, throughput, and patient experience and communication. Job Summary
Performs a variety of duties such as history and physicals, providing care to assigned patients, assessing, diagnosing, documenting findings, and writing medical orders. Makes clinical decisions related to patient management through collaboration with physicians.
