$600K initial package includes $550K base compensation plus $50K starting and retention bonuses Paid relocation up to $15K Competitive RVU model with a strong internal and external Primary Care referral network Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, prescription, disability, and life insurance Malpractice insurance, including tail coverage Guthrie 403(b) and 457(b) Retirement Savings Plan Allowance for primary licensure / DEA fees and renewals $10,000 referral bonus if you refer a physician who is hired on a full-time basis $20,000 referral bonus if you refer an anesthesiologist who is hired on a full-time basis

Guthrie Lourdes Hospital has served the city of Binghamton and surrounding communities with compassionate patient care for the last 99 years. Acquired by Guthrie, a not-for-profit, integrated health care system, in early 2024, Guthrie Lourdes joins Guthrie in serving Northeast Pennsylvania and the Southern Tier region of New York with six hospitals and 76 regional offices in a 13-county catchment area.
