Edward Ricciardelli, Roger Sica, and Lydia Shedlofsky. The practice offers a $400,000 signing bonus to a dermatologist partner physician. We are offering this incentive because the office is primarily a general dermatology practice, with every other physician being a dermatologist, replacing a plastic surgeon partner with a dermatologist. The practice is full-service, providing general dermatology, surgical, and cosmetic services. You will work alongside 2 dermatologists, 1 plastic surgeon, and 6 advanced practice providers, supported by an experienced administrative and clinical team that handles scribing and administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on patient care.
