Your Role Provide high-quality care in office and hospital settings, including routine exams, prenatal/postnatal care, deliveries, surgeries, and obstetric emergencies. Collaborate with Certified Nurse Midwives in a co-managed care model. Mentor junior staff and residents, adhere to ethical standards, and stay informed on healthcare regulations. Initial salary guarantee of $394,585 for 18 months, transitioning to a productivity-based model with ownership potential. Flexible scheduling: 2 clinic days/week, shared call negotiable. Work alongside respected OB/GYNs and CNMs in a stunning location with outdoor activities and vibrant culture. Opportunity to become a shareholder after two years. Resources Supportive leadership and clinical resources including dedicated staff and modern facilities. Access to a well-equipped birthing center, Level II NICU, and 24/7 anesthesia coverage. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat obstetric and gynecological conditions, develop treatment plans, and perform procedures. Communicate effectively with patients and teams, maintain accurate records, and participate in quality improvement. Qualifications Valid California medical license and board eligibility/certification in OB/GYN. Completion of an accredited postgraduate training program. H1B Visa sponsorship eligibility. Pay Range $189.70/hour Employment Details Mid-Senior level, full-time position in healthcare provider industry.
