Full-Time Dermatologist – Build & Lead a New Service Line

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist
to launch and grow a new dermatology service line. This is a rare opportunity to
build your own practice within a thriving primary care ecosystem —backed by administrative support, operational infrastructure, and a ready-made referral network. If you’re an entrepreneurial physician looking to shape a dermatology department from the ground up—with flexibility, autonomy, and high earning potential—this is the role for you. Position Overview: Position Type : Full-Time (4 or 4.5-day workweek) Setting : Outpatient only, general and cosmetic dermatology Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (no weekends) Call : Minimal, phone-only, supported by answering service Location : Suburban Atlanta (commutable from Johns Creek, Alpharetta, Roswell, Sandy Springs, etc.) You will start with a dedicated dermatology suite, an existing patient base through internal referrals, and plans for future expansion into laser and cosmetic services in a standalone dermatology center. Practice Highlights: Immediate referrals from 7+ in-house internal medicine providers Established EMR, billing, and operations systems Freedom to shape your patient schedule and service offerings Collaborative, physician-led team Low administrative burden, high support environment Candidate Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology Clean license, no history of malpractice claims or restrictions Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor Proficiency in E/M and ICD coding Leadership mindset and long-term commitment New grads from reputable programs are welcome to apply Compensation & Benefits: Base salary:
$350,000–$400,000 Productivity bonus
with earning potential exceeding
