Oversee all clinical operations across Memorial Hospital Belleville and Memorial Hospital Shiloh. Develop programs to ensure the highest quality of patient care and patient outcomes. Build and maintain strong partnerships with hospital leaders, surgical services, and C-suite executives. Ensure compliance with all protocols and standards. Lead a team of clinicians and support staff, focusing on practice stability and retention. Qualifications
Board-certified anesthesiologist with exceptional communication skills and a strong commitment to the highest quality standards. Cardiac training is preferred. Ability to lead, collaborate with departments, and uphold standards; experience with hospital operations is a plus. Compensation and Benefits
Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $525,000.00/yr. Competitive compensation with a base salary of $525,000 to $525,000 annually with the opportunity to earn incentives. Full-time clinicians are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including: PTO, 401k and professional liability insurance with tail coverage. Incentives include: $10,000 FMD stipend and $40,000 cardiac stipend if applicable. Sign-on bonus starting at $50,000 with a two-year commitment. 10 weeks of PTO. 401k, HSA, and other benefits.
