Responsibilities Chief Clinical Officer Opportunity - Full-Time At Arbour Hospital, we work diligently and compassionately to provide patients and their families with high-quality care and service excellence across a continuum of specialized behavioral health services. Our medical staff consists of psychiatrists who average 20 years of practice at our facility, providing a solid and trusted foundation for our patient-focused approach to behavioral healthcare. We are an important community resource for a wide range of vital behavioral healthcare services. We treat primary psychiatric and substance abuse disorders and constantly strive to meet the needs of our communities with treatment that address individualized behavioral health needs. We stand ready to provide compassionate care through inpatient treatment and a strong continuum of aftercare services, community-based programs, and day treatment.
Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) is a vital member of the Arbour Hospital's executive leadership team.
Responsible for overall administrative processes and management systems for all clinical services offered at the facility.
Promotes and maintains a therapeutic environment and develops and implements all clinical programs.

Requirements Qualifications
Master’s degree in social work or counseling
LICSW required
5 years’ or more experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting is required
Strongly prefer clinical management experience in multiple settings - inpatient, partial hospital, outpatient, and/or school-based programming
Strong knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, patient rights standards, and other applicable federal and state laws and regulation governing mental health care facilities
