The surgeons at The Laser Center of Coral Gables are highly skilled experts with over 30 years of LASIK experience, committed to delivering superior eye care. We offer a range of services beyond LASIK, including corneal collagen cross-linking and refractive lens surgery with premium IOLs. We seek a LASIK Clinical Director to join our esteemed practice group. Your responsibilities will include performing consultations, pre- and post-operative care, planning surgical treatments, and promoting TLC to referring doctors. You will have access to our sister ophthalmology practice for testing and referrals to specialists in cornea, glaucoma, retina, refractive, or oculoplastic fields. The role is based in our Coral Gables office, working Monday through Friday. Job Specifications

Typically requires the following skills or abilities: Doctorate in Optometry and a current Florida license Superior patient care, clinical expertise, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with a team-player attitude Refractive knowledge and understanding of basic marketing principles Ability to identify key clinical needs and integrate new techniques and innovations to ensure ongoing excellence in patient care #LI-ONSITE
