Southwell, a growing network of care services serving South Central Georgia, includes Tift Regional Medical Center (TRMC), a 181-bed regional referral center offering services in surgery, cardiovascular care, oncology, women's health, musculoskeletal care, and more. Southwell comprises TRMC, TRMC West Campus in Tifton, Southwell Medical in Adel, and numerous clinics and outpatient centers throughout the region. We have over 170 physicians across 30+ specialties. We are seeking to replace a retiring urologist and have signed a 2025 urologist currently in training. General Description:
Full-time, hospital-employed position Inpatient/Outpatient Opportunity 1:2 Call Schedule Join one Urologist and two PAs Outpatient office with adjacent Ambulatory Surgery Center da Vinci Robot available at hospital Inpatient Urology Services include:
Radical Nephrectomy, TURBT with Mitomycin Instillation, Laparoscopic Renal Cyst Decortication, Penile Prosthesis, Pyeloplasty, Artificial Urinary Sphincter, Ureterolithotomy, Penile Fracture Repair. Procedures at the ASC include but are not limited to:
Cystoscopy, Stent Placement and Removal, Bladder Botox, Circumcision, Hydrocelectomy, Litholapaxy, Transurethral Resection of Prostate and Bladder Lesions, Fudicial Marker Insertion, Therapeutic Injections, Continence Stimulators, Macroplastique, Laser Fragmentation, Lithotripsy, Meatotomy, Orchiectomy, Orchiopexy, Rezum Water Vapor Therapy, Vasectomy, Prostate Biopsy, DMSO Instillation, Spermatocelectomy, Bladder Neck Contracture Release. Financial Package:
For 4+ years of experience: $612,650 Guarantee compensation for 1-2 years Quality bonus potential Student loan reimbursement up to $100,000 Moving allowance CME days and allowance Dues and subscription allowance 20 paid days off Malpractice insurance provided Full benefits: health, vision, dental, disability, and more Retirement plan Seniority level:
