Overview
Senior Product Manager, Ads Measurement and Optimization. TikTok's Ads Measurement Product team builds products that help marketers and brands realize their true business value generated by TikTok and across all paid channels. We are looking for a Product Manager to build attribution and optimization products to help marketers and brands realize and improve their true business value generated by TikTok and across all of their paid channels. You will work with cross-functional teams across the globe on products that touch millions of advertisers. Responsibilities
Set the vision, develop the roadmap, build and launch ad attribution and optimization products that help advertisers meet their goals and see the true business value generated by TikTok Define and analyze metrics that inform product strategy and prioritization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define goals and objectives for ad measurement products Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Sales to develop, test, and launch products Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in product management, having taken one or more internet products through the full product cycle, from requirements to launch 3+ years of related experience within the ads measurement or delivery space Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher with a major in Statistics, Computer Science or equivalent technical field About TikTok

For Pay Transparency: Compensation Description (Annually). The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $165,120 - $414,000 annually. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Base pay is part of the Total Package and may include discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance from day one, a 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, well-being benefits, and more. Paid time off includes 10 holidays, 10 sick days, and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated on hire). The company may modify benefits programs at any time. Seniority level
