Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, PA, or Certified Nurse Midwife

to join our Women's Health team. Role Specifics:

Full-time position Float covering 3-4 locations within San Diego Must have 2+ years' experience as a WHNP or CNM in outpatient settings This is a clinic-based role only. No hospital credentialing or deliveries included. Under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer, the Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive medical services. You will deliver caring, affordable, high-quality healthcare, especially to uninsured, low-income, and underserved populations. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment with many chronic patients and enjoy collaborating with the provider team to ensure excellent medical care. Responsibilities:

Accurately complete all documentation in accordance with department standards and EMR requirements, including medication reconciliation and notes. Follow FHCSD policies and procedures, including timely credentialing, maintaining certifications, attending meetings, and practicing cost-effective medicine. Maintain professional standards such as effective communication and respectful interactions. Meet productivity and peer review expectations. Participate in clinical and administrative duties, including lab reports, medication management, and other assigned tasks. Requirements:

At least 2 years’ experience as a Nurse Practitioner in outpatient Women’s Health/Family Planning Current BLS certification; ACLS or other advanced life support certifications preferred Current Nurse Practitioner Certification and Furnishing Permit State license and national certification from recognized bodies (e.g., ANCC, AANP) DEA license Master’s degree Experience with Nexplanon and IUD insertion/removal Spanish or Arabic fluency preferred Rewards:
