Job Summary:
The Assistant Nurse Manager’s duties include assisting the Nursing Director in fostering a high-reliability safety culture. They oversee daily unit operations to ensure smooth and effective department functioning.
Qualifications:
Masters Degree preferred, or B.S.N. with proof of academic achievement towards B.S.N. degree. Current Rhode Island registered nurse licensure. Ability to lift approximately fifty pounds.
