Conduct comprehensive assessments of students\' speech, language, and communication abilities. Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students\' needs. Provide direct therapy services to students, targeting articulation, phonology, language comprehension, fluency, and pragmatic skills. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support students\' communication goals in the classroom and other settings. Incorporate evidence-based techniques and therapeutic activities into therapy sessions to promote development. Monitor students\' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to facilitate outcomes. Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and in a timely manner. Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding students\' speech and language needs. Qualifications

Master\'s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Current ASHA certification required Passionate about working with K-12 students Experience providing SLP services in a school or pediatric setting Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques used in pediatric SLP Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with students, parents, and school staff Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and assistive technology (preferred) Benefits
