Job Overview The Director of Patient Care is responsible for defining, planning, developing, implementing and evaluating the philosophy and objectives for their designated areas to ensure the optimal delivery of care and services to all patients in an environment that promotes professional development and maintains financial viability. The primary goal is the delivery of competent, efficient and cost-effective care.
Qualifications
Active NJ RN License or Multistate RN License with NJ Endorsement
BLS certification through American Heart Association
BSN Degree from an accredited School of Nursing
Minimum two (2) years supervisory/leadership experience
Essential Functions The Director of Patient Care is responsible for defining, planning, developing, implementing and evaluating the philosophy and objectives for their designated areas to insure the optimal delivery in care and services to all patients in an environment that promotes professional development and continues to assure financial viability.
