Director of Commercial HVAC Sales
due to growth for an innovative HVAC manufacturer in Fort Wayne, IN. This is an on-site role in Fort Wayne.
Responsibilities
Lead/oversee the Commercial Rep Network strategy, serving the North American market in HVAC and Domestic Hot Water (DHW) systems.
Acquisition or merger background is a plus!
Ability to travel as required - approximately 33%
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field of study.
10 years of technical sales team leadership and/or market development experience with a proven track record of sales growth.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC - engineering side
Experience with Manufacturing Reps.
Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to effectively engage at all levels within an organization (both internal/external).
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
